By making a booking with us, you have entered into a contract in which you undertake – on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) – to adopt the standards of behaviour detailed in our Rules of Life at Bredon-Vale section on The Campsite page.
Bookings
A booking will not be confirmed without a deposit or full payment
A booking deposit of 20 per cent, or full payment in the case of stays of either one or two nights. The deposit is non-refundable
The booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit or full payment
A three-night stay is the minimum period over bank holidays
Any additional nights can be booked, subject to availability
Default on deposit will invalidate the booking
There is a £5.00 administration charge for any bookings changes and cancellations
Payments
A deposit will secure your booking, but the remaining balance must be paid on arrival at the site
If you do not pay the balance when it is due, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refunds of deposit will be given
