As we head into the official camping season (although we are open all year round folks!) there’s an air of excitement every time we look at the booking diary. April 2022 is our best month so far, since opening last August 2021, which we’re hoping sets the tone for the summer to follow.

The most rewarding result of the months we’ve been open so far is the customers who’ve visited us before, and are choosing Bredon-Vale as their go-to site. We’re learning lots about marketing and how all the listing sites work, and we’re building our customer base slowly but surely.

This weekend (April 2, 2022) has seen the return of barbecues, laughter with friends, and the buzz that we love so much when we go camping ourselves. The warm sunshine on the face is a welcome addition to the views and sunsets and makes people’s stays just that little bit more complete.

We’ve had guests cycling off to Snowshill National Trust, round Broadway and Moreton-in-Marsh and others taking walks round Evesham or the village of Norton. They’ve enjoyed meals at The Norton Grange, and The Trumpet in town, and many have visited family and friends nearby. Feedback remains fantastic, with the amenity block being the highlight, and the goodbyes are followed by ‘we’ll be back!’

Jim and I have completed Nancy the Vintage Caravan, and she looks amazing! We’ve slept a night in there with the boys to make sure all is in order and it was really cosy and has the best views!

We’re hoping to complete our deck for the bell tent this week coming, then we can focus on the daily running of the site for the remainder of the year. The blossom’s out and looking amazing! This is the best time to come if you want to cycle or drive the Blossom Trail − end of March through to the start of May.

I’ll leave you with a little teaser, in case you’re thinking of booking….

Sunset over Tunnel Hill

The evenings are drawing out, which adds to the air of expectation for sights like this.
