Terms & Conditions

General

• By making a booking with us, you have entered into a contract in which you undertake – on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) – to adopt the standards of behaviour detailed in our Rules of Life at Bredon-Vale section on The Campsite page.

Bookings

• A booking will not be confirmed without a deposit or full payment
• A booking deposit of 20 per cent, or full payment in the case of stays of either one or two nights. The deposit is non-refundable
• The booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit or full payment
• A three-night stay is the minimum period over bank holidays
• Any additional nights can be booked, subject to availability
• Default on deposit will invalidate the booking
• There is a £5.00 administration charge for any bookings changes and cancellations

Payments

• A deposit will secure your booking, but the remaining balance must be paid on arrival at the site
• If you do not pay the balance when it is due, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refunds of deposit will be given
