Are you open all year?

Yes. We close the grass pitches to campers, caravans, and motorhomes during the wetter months, but our hard-standing pitches are open all year. Christmas and New Year are popular, we’re delighted to say. Please note that we don’t put caravans on grass EHU pitches.

Do you have fully serviced pitches?

Not fully serviced, but everything you need is close at hand. The Paddock has nine hard-standing pitches, all with electrical hook-up, which are placed either side of the entrance road, and close to the Amenities block and Reception. Five of our grass pitches, in the Orchard area, also have EHU. Our Services area has separate disposal facilities for grey water waste and chemical waste, with a tap and a motorhome service point. There are two other drinking water taps on the site, one between the Paddock and the Orchard, and the other at the Pot Wash.

Do you have showers and toilets?

Yes… and we’re delighted to say that they’re one of the reasons that so many guests keep coming back. The Men’s and Women’s rooms each have two showers and cubicles. The Family Room has baby-changing facilities and an accessible shower for those who use a wheelchair or have mobility needs. And they’re all heated, too, to add to your comfort.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes, in the Family Room.

Can I arrive late in the evening?

We prefer everyone to be booked in before 8pm. However, if you let us know of your need in advance, and keep us updated on your progress, we can be flexible.

Do you take group bookings?

One of our favourite claims is that we’re here for the wildlife, not for the nightlife! Our tranquil, dog and cat-friendly site’s a haven for couples and families, which means we can’t welcome groups hoping for something a little noisier. However, if you want a quiet family gathering of up to two pitches, or a maximum of six people, please do call to see if we can work something out.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes, we accept dogs. All we ask is that, when they’re outside, you keep them on a lead – though, once you’ve taken them into the dog walking area, you can let them off again. Please make sure you clean up, when necessary. There’s a poo bin by the gate alongside the Services area.

Are there dog walks directly from the site?

Yes, many. We have a series of A4 route map sheets to help you make your choice.

Do you allow campfires?

Yes, but only with a proper firepit, raised on bricks (which you can find by the shed at the Services area). You can bring your own or hire one from us (and wood, if you need it) at the shop in the Old Stable. If the weather’s especially dry, it’s common sense not to set a fire, however. You’ll find the same safety advice in on the ‘Welcome’ sheet we’ll give to you when you arrive.

Do you have glamping for a family member?

Yes. We have two three-bed logpods and our vintage caravan, Nancy, which are available all year. Between April and October, there’s also our bell tent.

Is there a pub or somewhere else to eat nearby?

The village pub, The Norton Grange, is a 15-minute walk away. We give you a special offer voucher for meals there, when you arrived. The Orchard Beefeater pub and restaurant is a short drive away, at The Valley. In Evesham and further afield, there’s plenty to choose from. Take a look at our Plan your day page to find out more.
